Sport/Performance Psychology

Sports and activity have been a cornerstone of my life since I
was a young child and continues to be today (though, I regretfully admit, much less so since becoming a parent!). Through my own athletic endeavors and roadblocks, I witnessed firsthand how important my own psychology played a role in my ability to compete to my full potential.

I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. This certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and requires rigorous coursework, supervised hours, and passing a certification examination. I also provide supervision for individuals seeking CMPC certification.

I am also listed in the registry of sport psychology for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC). I am honored to provide sport psychology services to this elite group of athletes.
